New Accounts

To become a Doodle Beads wholesale customer please complete the wholesale application below, as well as email us a copy of your resale certificate, sales tax license, or completed exemption certificate to Doodle Beads. New international customers must include an equivalent business document or proof of ownership.  Your account will be set up on the website after we receive your application and license. You must have a brick and mortar store and/or a website under your own domain name. Doodle Beads does not accept any Etsy, EBay, or any other auction sites.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is 50% of retail. UPC codes will be provided. If some of your items appear at retail pricing it is because we do not offer UPC codes for those particular items. If you wish to purchase them we will change the price to wholesale on your invoice, just be aware that they will come without UPS codes.

Terms

All orders must be pre-paid by check or credit card. Minimum Opening Orders are $250, Re-orders are $50 After placing your order shipping will be added and your credit card will be charged just prior to shipment.

Backorders

When establishing your account, please indicate whether or not you accept backorders. Backorders will ship unless you indicate otherwise. Shipping will be charged for all backorders. If an account is past due or on credit hold, all backorders will be put on hold for 30 days. If account is not brought back within good standing or credit card does not approve within 30 days all backorders will be cancelled.

Credit Cards

Orders with a declined credit card will be put on hold for thirty days during which time you will be contacted for alternate payment. If the card does not approve within 30 days, or if we are not supplied with another form of payment, the order will be cancelled. For your protection, credit card information is no kept on file. You will be required to provide a credit card number each time an order is placed.

Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders, including international orders. International accounts may use other freight forwarders if prior arrangements have been made. All back orders will be charged actual shipping costs.

Damages/Shortages

Damages or shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honored. Credit for damaged products will be honored only if the original packaging is retained for inspection.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Changes to orders will be accepted only before the order has been entered into our system and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. If the order has been entered into our system and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment, order changes will not be accepted. Order cancellation must be received in writing prior to shipment.

Restocking

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns for any reason other than damage, manufacturer defect or manufacturer error. Doodle Beads does not sell on consignment and will not buy back product that does not sell.
